Kate Morgan meal replacement bars are designed as a replacement for a Kate Morgan Shake. The bars contain about the same amount of energy as a Kate Morgan meal replacement shake and should be used in place of, not in addition to, a shake. As with shakes, the bars are heavily fortified to ensure than you receive all the vitamins and minerals you need to meet your daily requirements. The bars are high in protein and are very filling. Consumption of the bars can have a laxative effect for some people.
