Marinated Chicken

Ingredients
  • 120g chicken breast, skin off
  • ¼ cup tomato puree
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1cm piece fresh ginger, grated
Method

Mix tomato sauce, soy, garlic and ginger together with a splash of water. Coat chicken on both sides and marinate for 15 minutes or more, in the fridge. Cook in non stick pan over medium heat until brown on both sides. Then lower heat and cover pan. Cook slowly until ready.
