Your consultant will weigh you and take a basic waist measurement. They will then calculate your Body Mass Index (BMI) and compare it to the recommended BMI range for your weight, age and height. A healthy range for your BMI is between 18 and 25, a BMI between 25 and 29 indicates overweight, and a BMI of 30 and above indicates obesity. You can calculate your own BMI now by using our online BMI calculator, located on the left navigation bar. This calculation will help the Kate Morgan consultant advise how you go about achieving a healthy weight goal. Again, these details will remain strictly confidential.

Together with your consultant you will set a weight loss target and timetable. Your target must meet your own objectives while also being challenging and achievable.

You will be given a detailed eating plan. The plan will be based around a meal replacement formula for breakfast and lunch and a selection of ‘allowed’ foods or a Kate Morgan pre-prepared evening meal for dinner. ‘Allowed’ foods are selected from everyday items you can get from the supermarket and are no more expensive than your normal meal. ...read more
