Spiced Red Cabbage_78 A

Ingredients

  • 1/4 red cabbage
  • 1 granny smith apple
  • 1/2 cup red wine vinegar

Method:

Slice the cabbage very finely. Core but do not peel the apple and cut into quadrants, then quarters again. Mix together with the vinegar and lots of fresh ground black pepper. Cover and leave to stand for an hour before eating.
