- 120g peeled green prawns
- 1 bunch of coriander, leaves picked
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 teaspoon chicken stock powder
- 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
- splash of white wine
Place all ingredients, except prawns, in mortar and pestle and grind together.
Rub paste all over prawns.
BBQ on hot plate until prawns are just pink.
Serve with salad or vegetables.
