Ingredients

  • 120g white fish fillet
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • ½ tablespoon Moroccan seasoning
  • ½ tablespoon parsley, chopped
  • ½ tablespoon coriander leaves, chopped juice of 1 lemon
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1 cm ginger, peeled and grated
  • ½ teaspoon cumin

Method

Combine all ingredients except fish in a bowl. Dip fish into this marinade and leave for 5 minutes. Bake in a small ovenproof dish or on baking-paper lined tray for 10 minutes at 180°C. Spoon marinade over half way through if desired.
